• Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage to your device that is not related to the repair service we perform.
• Diagnostic Fee: Some diagnostic services may incur a fee, which will be communicated to you upfront. This fee may be waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
• Repair Warranty: We stand by our work. Most repairs come with a warranty covering the parts and labor associated with the specific repair performed. • Unclaimed Devices: Devices left at our locations for more than 60 days – after notification of completion or estimate approval may be considered abandoned and disposed of, or sold, to recover repair costs. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before this occurs.
